Located in a high rise tower in downtown Edmonton, the Cancer International Research Groups (CIRG) expanding organization renovated their server room with additional equipment. The additional heat gain from the extra equipment can negatively affect the performance of the servers if it is not accounted for and the room temperature increases to an unsuitable temperature for the equipment.

A larger capacity air conditioning unit was installed for the server room, both mechanical and electrical drawings were prepared for the CIRG.
