Various renovations have been made to the mechanical services at EPCOR Centre. The ventilation system was renovated to provide a more comfortable environment. Also, the fire protection system was renovated with the addition of new sprinklers and the re-positioning of existing sprinkler heads to meet safety requirements.

Tenant Space

Extensive work was performed to prepare a floor for occupation. The mechanical design included partial removal of old ductwork and air outlets. Remaining equipment was reused in the new design to reduce costs and redundancy.

The existing sprinkler head layout required modification to accommodate the new tenant. New sprinkler heads were installed; however, existing heads were reused where possible. New plumbing services were required to serve new fixtures located throughout the tenant space.
