Edmonton City Center Mall

This spa and salon located in the heart of downtown Edmonton in the City Center mall required mechanical services including ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection that blended seamlessly with the sophisticated decor. A unique mechanical system needed to be designed that fit with the spa and salons distinctive style. Due to the unique layout of the space, routing of mechanical services and equipment was vital for an efficient layout and design.

Similarly to the Edmonton city center, additional locations in Edmonton Southgate Mall, Calgary Chinook Mall, and Calgary Market Mall required a mechanical design. A complete design was required to not only serve employees and customers as comfortably as possible, but was designed to also fit seamlessly with the image of Eveline Charles.

Academy

The Eveline Charles academy also located in the City Center mall presented similar concerns to those with the spa and salon; however there was the added complexity of numerous students that would be present. The academy is home to several diverse environments including classrooms, hairdresser stations, and manicure and pedicure areas to name a few. A mechanical system was designed providing ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection that would serve the entire academy, while tailoring each unique area of the academy to its own needs.
