109 Street and Jasper Avenue
Located in a completely renovated building that is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified and located on Jasper Avenue, ES Engineering designed a tenant space for the restaurant Oodle Noodle that works with the energy efficient principles of the building. The design included air systems handling the kitchen and dining area as well as plumbing. The mechanical system design provides a comfortable environment for employees and customers while efficient equipment reduces operating costs.
104 Street and Jasper Avenue
Extensive renovations to this historical building located on Jasper Avenue were required to accommodate the new construction for this new Oodle Noodle location. New mechanical services such as drainage, water piping, gas piping, HVAC ducting and all associated pieces of mechanical equipment was needed to modernize amenities. In addition to providing a comfortable working and dining space, modern equipment reduces utility costs, especially in historical structures.
Spruce Grove and Clareview
As a new tenant in a recently constructed building, mechanical services were required to provide satisfactory accommodations for this Oodle Noodle location. A complete mechanical design was created using efficient equipment, from kitchen exhaust and makeup air units to hot water tanks, this equipment will reduce utility costs while providing a comfortable space.
