Cooling Tower Upgrade

Recommendations were made on how to increase efficiency of the existing cooling tower motors. ES Engineering was responsible to retrofit of the existing cooling tower system. The design involved the replacement of the existing cooling water motors as well as the addition of a new variable frequency drive and a new inverter rated motor, the addition of new other miscellaneous equipment required for proper operation was made.

Main Floor Renovation

ES Engineering was retained to perform the mechanical design by Wolski Design Group in the main floor renovation for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. These, were included the outlets air balanced as well as the review of the existing control system for the existing terminal boxes, thermostats, perimeter radiation, control valve operating conditions.

Supply & Return Fan VFDs

ES Engineering was assigned to design the introduction of the variable frequency drives (VFDs) into the existing system of supply and return fans in the mechanical room at 13th floor. The purpose was to control and regulate the fan speed and maintain the space pressurization.
