Supply and Return Fan Variable Frequency Drives
Typical advantageous properties of a VFD include lower operating costs and increased control over the equipment where the VFD was installed. For the Peace Hills Trust building, VFDs were installed on both the supply and return fans, this in turn provides much greater control over the operation of both the fans. Performance can be adjusted accordingly depending on conditions rather than operating at full capacity or off, this in turn results in significant savings in operating costs.
Main Floor Bank Renovations
Renovations in the main floor bank included the demolition of existing walls and the construction of new walls. Heating and cooling calculations that were performed helped to determine if the existing equipment was of adequate capacity to accommodate the new changes to the building.
