This tenant space for the Easy Rider located in Whitemud Crossing required mechanical outfitting. Services that were required include plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The new system design incorporated existing equipment as well as new plumbing fixtures and ventilation equipment. As this store incorporates an open structure, the exposed mechanical services required the placement of mechanical equipment to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
