Yukon College
Located in Whitehorse, Yukon, the Yukon College provides post-secondary education in a wide variety of academic fields. A review the cooling system of the college was performed and recommendations for improvements were suggested. A system was designed where existing air handling units were connected to a common cooling plant and the buildings electronic control prioritized each air handling unit. The result is a more efficient use of the buildings cooling system, using the system to its full potential rather than wasting energy on unused cooling.
