Mechanical work performed at this service center includes partial removal of existing air ducts and air outlets. Services that were remaining were to be reused and were therefore incorporated into the new updated design.

A new layout for the air system was designed, to help serve the center a new roof-top unit was installed to help supply conditioned air to the occupied space.
