ES Engineering was retained by Dundee Realty Management Corporation to prepare the tender documents and to provide detailed engineering for the refurbishment of the existing cooling tower in the Plaza 124 Building in Edmonton, AB. The estimated cooling capacity is in the range of 600 tons on a typical design cooling day in Edmonton.

As well, variable frequency drives (VFDs) were recommended for the new cooling tower blower and were recommended to be housed in the mechanical room.
