Mechanical System Review

A thorough review of the buildings heating, ventilation and air conditioning system as well as the building mechanical services was performed to assess and review the performance of the existing air handling units, make-up air units, fan coil units, window type air conditioning units, chillers, perimeter radiation heater, boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, fire protection system, plumbing and sanitary system, building pressurization system, swimming pool ventilation system and whether or not they were performing to stated design criteria. Recommendations were given to rectify any deficiencies that may have been found in the existing HVAC system and/or the existing mechanical system.
