Mechanical System Review

A thorough review of the boiler vent system was performed to assess the performance of the existing ventilation and the air back-drafting during winter conditions and whether or not they were performing to the stated design criteria. Recommendations were given to rectify any deficiencies that may have been found in the existing vent system. In order to provide a comfortable stay for patrons, a quick and fast track refurbishment required particular care and consideration such that any new addition and alteration to the mechanical system worked seamlessly with the existing system.
