ES Engineering was retained to provide a mechanical design for the heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage systems. Following the client's requirements, a geothermal design was incorporated. As well, the internal loading bay required carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide monitoring systems to be connected to the ventilation system as per building code requirements. ES Engineering also conducted project/construction administration as well as shop drawing review and issuance of Schedules B and C.
