Main Floor/Mezzanine

Mechanical services located on the main floor and mezzanine were in need of revision in Century Place. Renovations included updating the fire protection system with the addition of new sprinklers and re-positioning of the existing sprinkler heads to meet safety requirements. Additional changes were done to the ventilation system to help provide a more comfortable environment in Century Place.

Tenant Space

Extensive work was performed to prepare a floor for occupation. The mechanical design included partial removal of old ductwork and air outlets while some existing equipment was reused in the new design to reduce costs and redundancy.

The existing sprinkler head layout required modifications to accommodate the new tenant. New sprinkler heads were installed; however, existing heads were reused as much as possible. New plumbing services were required to serve new fixtures located throughout the tenant space.
