This new construction for Servus utilizes a geothermal system to compliment the conventional mechanical system comprising of boilers and heat pumps. By using a geothermal system alongside a traditional mechanical system, utility costs can be reduced which means less consumption of fuel and therefore the building produces a smaller carbon footprint.
