To accommodate the expansion for these new tenants a design for services running to the building from the city was required. Water, sanitary, and natural gas piping was laid out and coordinated to serve the new tenancy.

Designs for the plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems were required for both tenants. The mechanical systems for these two tenants, both located in the same building, were designed independent of each other. Each system was designed to tailor to each tenant’s unique needs. Using modern and efficient equipment, both mechanical systems result in lower operating costs.
