Located in Dawson City, Yukon, this inn underwent a significant expansion and required mechanical services for each suite which included plumbing and ventilation. In order to provide a comfortable stay for patrons, the expansion required particular care and consideration such that any new addition to the mechanical system would work seamlessly with the existing system.
