Preheat Coil Replacement

ES Engineering was to provide a complete and fully operational mechanical system in complete accord with applicable codes. The scope of work entailed removing existing steam preheat coils and installation of new glycol coils, new steam to glycol heat exchanger, steam & condensate piping, valves, control valves, insulations, new pumps, expansion tank, glycol fill tank etc. as well as controls to operate the new system.

DHW System Review

ES Engineering has been commissioned by Dundee Realty Management Corporation to investigate various options to replace two domestic hot water heaters at the Milner Building located at 104 Street, Edmonton.

DHW System Detail Design

ES Engineering has been assigned to design the replacement of the existing 500 US gallons storage tank with two new gas fired high efficient hot water tanks to supply both the low pressure and high pressure systems.
